can not change character ?

haven't played for a long time but idk why i cna't character, i'm staying an non combat zone but the "change officer" option is gray out

If you want your new character catch up with your current character, you can start picking the new character while selecting new chapter. For example, I used CaoCao played chapter 1, and arrived to level 20, and then after the chapter 2 finishes introducing, I can go back to the main menu, selecting chapter 2, and pick the new character, and then you will find the new character is the same level as CaoCao.

yes but i can't select any character... only Dong Bai is in the list when i hit change officer but she was my current character

also how to do synthesize ? it's gray out for me and how to add more effect to accessories mine have two slot but the second slot showed as ------

I don't know what's wrong with your characters, but make sure you bought the DLC. On the other hand, for more effect of the accesories, you need to find that npc again and you need debris (fragments) to enhance.

i can change character on DongBai free mode story but there is no officer on DongBai story mode.. i don't know what's going on anymore

what npc drop fragments ? the blacksmith ? how do i even find him.
