I have got that folder, but off the top of my head I can't remember what all the mods do.
GSFileViewer is a program that allows you to open and extract all the .gs files if you want to edit them. By editing I mean for example, if you want to edit one of the in-game maps. Using the program you can open the 'maps' file, extract all of the files, then copy and paste the map files you want to your documents\Cities in Motion\maps folder.
Of the mods in the mods folder, having just checked, most of them have a readme file explaining what they do.
Just two notes, that version of the vehiclerealismmod is outdated. I have the latest version here, along with other mods:-

Two. That moneyget mod, you don't really need it. You can enable that option manually, plus doing it this way allows you to do other things. I highly recommend you read this:- https://steamcommunity.com/groups/cimx/discussions/0/618459405713364636/
As for the birthdaydlc folder.
Buildmod:- brings the map editor menu into a regular game.
Cimcity:- is a map
hovercabs version 2:- turns some vehicles into helicopters, I think.
Metro-mainline:- gives you different metro stations.
Terminalcovers:- let's you build your own custom stations. It works well with the mod above.
That collection of mine, I have got more mods. I'll upload them there at some point in the future. They'll take ages to upload though so I'm putting it off for now.
Your google drive is private, and doesn't allow anyone to download the files, unfortunately. Is there anyway you could make it public or reupload it somewhere? Thanks!
Try again now. If you still can't download the files I'm open to suggestions to where I can upload them to instead,
Sadly your drive still is private. If you'd like to upload your mods somewhere else, you could possibly try Mega?
Your drive is still set to private. If you wish to make it public, please follow these steps:

Sharing google drive folders publicly use to be easy. From what I can gather and from what I remember there was a major security update around the end of 2020. Ever since then no matter what i try I haven't been able to share ANY files with anyone.

I'll have to remember to never change who has access to a folder through the app on my phone again. I've got a feeling doing it that way may have been causing the issue.
I'll leave the files on Dropbox as well for now (link in the first post) since it seems like people are still using that link all these years later.
