So that we can better understand the problem and recommend a solution, we would like to also request that you please send us your DxDiag information via the steps below:

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
   
2. Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
   
3. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
   
4. Copy the link to your post
