How would I invite a crossplay Nintendo Switch friend?

Got this game after several search results said crossplay with PC / Switch was compatible

After some struggling, other search results say it is NOT plausible.

So which is it? And if it's possible, could someone inform me how?

This title unfortunately only has cross-platform features between the following:

• PC Epic and GOG.
  
• PC Epic and Steam.
  
• PC Epic and Game Pass.

It does not have cross-platform between multiple platforms.

The only title that has this is Overcooked! All You Can Eat, which has full cross-platform features.

I know this might be a old post but if it is possible, please make Overcooked 2 cross-playable between all platforms ;-;. I got the game for two of my friends because I thought I saw something a while ago that the game was cross-platform between pc and switch.
