- Hold down the Windows Key and press R
- The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
- Click OK
- Click Save All Information
- Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
- Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as https://justpaste.it/ or http://pastebin.com/
- Copy the link to your post and paste in your reply

Let's make sure that your computer is not attempting to run the game via your integrated graphics card, rather than your dedicated graphics card. Can you please make sure that you are attempting to run the game through your RTX 3060? To do this:
- Type Settings in Windows Search and press Enter
- Click on System
- Under the Display tab, scroll down to the end and click on Graphics under Related Settings
- Under 'Add an App' select Desktop App and click on Browse
- Find the game's location, select the .exe file and click on Add
- Click on Options under the game.exe, and select 'High performance' and 'Save'
Then please retest the game and see if the issue persists.Please can you also install vcredist packages directly from the Microsoft page:
- Go to the Microsoft official download page here.[support.microsoft.com]
- Install packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019. You will need to install two files: x86 and x64.
- Reboot your PC and retest the game.

Let's see if we can reveal any possible issues with your Windows system, we would like to recommend that you please attempt the following actions:
- Open the Windows Start Menu
- Type “cmd”
- Right-click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator
- Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes
- Press Enter
- If the process has revealed/resolved any issues, please attempt to run the game again
Please can you also run the DISM tool to attempt to fix any corrupted files on your system:- Press Windows + S to open the Search menu and type Command Prompt in the text field, then click on Run as an Administrator in the right-hand panel
- Type the following commands and press Enter after each individual one:
- Then please reboot or restart your device after you run these prompts
Please note: This might take a while to finish scanning - do not cancel this process.• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

If the issue continues, can you please send us a new up to date dxdiag, one created after you have allowed the game to crash so we can see if there is any information that may help resolve this.
