Pantalla incompleta o con bordes negros

Tengo el juego a la resolución más alta y aún así se muestran bordes negros en la parte superior e inferior de la pantalla. En una laptop más vieja no tengo ese problema. Mi laptop es una Lenovo Ideapad 15 pro con un procesador AMD Ryzen 5600 U

Can you please confirm for us what the resolution of your Laptop is and what resolution you are set to in the in-game settings?
Can you also please confirm if you are playing in Fullscreen or Windowed?

If you are in fullscreen, when you switch to Windowed in the in-game settings do the black borders till appear?
