Thank you for trying that.
No problem at all.
Can you please try removing all devices, USB or wireless/Bluetooth from your PC except your keyboard and mouse so we can see whether a device is causing this to happen?
If the issue continues after this, please can you try running the game as an administrator:
- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties then the 'Installed Files' tab.
- Click 'Browse'
- Locate the game executable (the application).
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the Run this program as an administrator box.
Then, please try running Steam as an administrator:- Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
- Right click the Steam executable.
- Follow the above steps to set it to Run as Administrator
- Restart Steam.

Thank you for your reply.
It should not matter where you purchased the code as long as the code worked when using it on Steam.
Can you please disable, or if that doesn't work, uninstall these programs we can see crashing in your system as we wonder if they are interfering with the title:
EADesktop.exe
x360ce.exe
Please can you then run the DISM tool to attempt to fix any corrupted files on your system:
1. Press Windows + S to open the Search menu and type Command Prompt in the text field, then click on Run as an Administrator in the right-hand panel
2. Type the following commands and press Enter after each individual one:
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
3. Then please reboot or restart your device after you run these prompts
Please note: This might take a while to finish scanning - do not cancel this process.

Thanks for your reply.
Could you please launch the game again, and then create a new dxdiag for us so we can see if there's anything new showing since you formatted the pc?
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R
- The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
- Click OK
- Click Save All Information
- Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
- Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as https://justpaste.it/ or http://pastebin.com/
- Copy the link to your post and paste in your reply
Once we have this information, we will do our best to further assist you in resolving this matter.Regards,

Aqui está...
Thank you for sharing that with us.
It looks like your Intel drivers are currently out of date.
To check for and install new drivers, please follow the steps below:
- Go to http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx?lang=eng
- Select the ‘Get started’ button next to ‘Automatically update your drivers’
- Select 'Download now' button underneath 'Intel Driver & Support Assistant'
- Install and launch the assistant
- Download any new versions of drivers for your Intel graphics card.
Then test if the game loads correctly. Please do also check that the game is using your GTX 1050 though again as you reinstalled Windows it may have defaulted back to the Intel card.

Mas não vou desistir, novamente agradece pelo ajuda!
Thanks for getting back to us.
Can you please confirm if this is the only game you're experiencing this on or are other games on your Steam doing the same thing?
Can you please try the following:
- Press the right-click + shift button at the same time on the Overcooked icon in the taskbar > select Move
- Your mouse cursor will now jump to wherever the program is in theory
- Immediately hold down the left mouse button once the cursor disappears and move the mouse around until the game comes into the display if at all
- Alternatively, you can use the cursor keys to do the same thing
This may take a few tries as you will not know if the mouse has jumped but please see if you can drag the OC window back into view.Get back to us when you can and let us know how you get on with this.

Thanks for getting back to us.
Can you please confirm if the above step helped at all? Were you able to move the window around or did the cursor not jump to a window for Overcooked?
