It is still not working, my controller can only be connected by bluetooth, this solution seems not for me, I changed the controller settings accordingly yet it cannot be found by steam.
Is there any other solution?
Thanks for your reply.
Does the controller work with other games? As you mention it cannot be found by Steam?

Thank you for the quick reply, I tried another time, it can be identified by steam while using the big picture mode, but I don't think all the bottons were working, only A and B responded.
When I launched Overcooked 2, X is still not working.
Can you please try using the controller in another game?
Have you tried running the game while in big picture mode? Does the issue still occur?

Thank you for the reply.
I've tried Don't Starve Together, it is working. I have tried it in the big picture mode, the error still occurred.
Thank you for testing that.
We've passed this across to the team to look into further.

We attempted to implement a fix for this issue in May. Unfortunately, we had to roll back the update due to unforeseen difficulties upon its release. However, there's an extensive thread with various workarounds that you might find helpful. You can explore the discussion here
