Xbox 360 controller issue

My usb and bluetooth xbox 360 controller are not detected by the game. Steam detected it and i can launch the game but once in the game, it seems that the game only want a keyboard and do not recognize my xbox360 controller. What can i do please ?

Lets try the below steps to see if they help:

1. Unplug the controller
   
2. Launch the Steam client and click the controller icon at the top right to enter Big Picture Mode
   
3. Go to Settings > Controller Settings and make sure that "Playstation/Xbox/Generic Configuration Support" are all toggled on.
   
4. Then simply plug your controller and retest the game
