Sorry to hear you've experienced this issue.
If you allow this to cook correctly without taking it out too early does the pizza cook correctly?
Can you at all share any video or screenshots of this issue so that we can better understand it? As it sounds as though you are just removing the pizza too early or not correctly making it before cooking.
The 'switch-it up' achievement requires you to hit all of the switches on the map, not just unlocked levels. This guide[www.trueachievements.com] may be of some help.
We hope this helps!

Hi!
Everything is alright if I follow the standard procedure of cooking pizza. My point is, when some specific wrong procedure is taken (described previously), the "cooking progress penalty" can be wrongly avoided. For example, you can just cook a single pizza bottom to 99%, take it out, add the raw toppings on it, and then just cook the last 1% without any penalty on the progress bar. But when it comes to other dishes, e.g. hot pot, when something raw is throw into the pot, the progress bar will reduce by half as a penalty, right?
I wish the problem has been raised clearly. If there is still something ambiguous, tell me and I will try to post some screenshots. Anyway, thanks for your efforts to make this game better.
Thank you for your reply.
We will pass your feedback on the oven cooking penalties to the team for consideration!
Thank you for the information included.
