The game could not be joined - E03-H2-11

Greetings all -

We are currently investigating an issue affecting matchmaking where often the 4th player joining a party will get the error message "The game could not be joined - E03-H2-11"

Some players are also experiencing this issue even when not joining as a 4th player.

We are unsure how long it will take to apply a fix but rest assured that we will do our very best and be as fast as possible.

In the meantime, our apologies for any trouble caused whilst we work on this. Thank you for your patience.

• What country/region you and your friends are all from.
  
• Whether it occurs for just ONE person:
  I.E Can you join another friend but get the error when a particular other friend tries to join? / You can join one friend as 2 players, but cannot join the other friend as 2 players.
  
• Please confirm any error codes you see in the top right corner of any error messages.

hi! we are from argentina, (we have the game from the epic games store) and it only occurs for one of us, i can join to one of my friends, and my friend can join to us, but we can't join to felix (lets say, thats not his real name) and feliz can't join us we are 3.

Not sure which one of the rules they applied, but this is like a standard tutorial:
Open Windows Defender Firewall > Advanced Settings
Now, on the left bar you'll see a few options, the important ones are "Inbound rules" and "Outbound rules", the following steps apply for both of em.
Select any of the In/Out options, and go to the right bar, select "New rule" > Program > Select "Browse" and pick the game's .exe > Allow every option.

I got the game free on epic and I cant invite or see friends in game.

didn't work for me and my friend, we set everything the same together but firewall popup window opened after i invited him, asking to allow (like it did the first time we downloaded the game) and it's still can't join each other
