Cannot access bought DLC after Crossplay Patch
Hello all, after the recent crossplay patch I can no longer play two of the DLCs: Carnival of Caos or Campfire Cookout. It also does not recognize that I own the Too Many Cooks DLC. I bought these with a season pass so I'm wondering if that makes a difference?

STEPS:
The steps required to reliably recreate the issue.
Go to Extras
Highlight DLC (Carnival of Caos or Campfire Cookout)

RESULT:
Instead of "Play" option, only see "Store" options. If I click on the Store button Steam indicates that I already own the content.

EXPECTED RESULT:
Ability to access DLC

Please let me know if there's any fixes for this.

Hey [PDT] Tro,

Thanks for your reply.

Can you go to the game in your library and right-click.
Go to properties - DLC tab.
Check that the DLC is all installed/ticked.
You can try unticking and then ticking again if they are all ticked.

Get back to us when you can.

Hi [PDT] Tro,

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Are you in the normal or cross-play branch of the game?
When you go to extras - choose the DLC you own, does it show load game continue and new game?
If you go to the store itself for the DLC does it show that you own this already?

Can you please try verifying your game files:
  1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
  2. Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved.
Get back to us when you can.

Hello and thank you for your reply,

This is in the normal branch of the game and I've attempted to verify game cache as well as an uninstall and reinstall and this did not help the issue.

When I select other DLC that I own (Surf n Turf and Night of the Hangry Horde), I am given the option to continue my current game or start a new game.

When I go to the Steam Store page for these DLCs, individually as well as for the season pass, I see the "In Library" tag and I am unable to purchase the content for myself.
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Wow I feel very silly, that did the trick! The Season Pass and the two DLCs I mentioned were unchecked for some reason but re-checking them made them available to play again! Thank you for your help it's much appreciated!
