Game FPS Limiter to limit overheating and power consumption (not VSync way)

I noticed this game makes usage of FULL GPU. I tested it on RadeonHD 5770, but it also pulls juices out of RX 590. So basically game has no FPS limit except for Vsync. Which makes game a bit stuttering.

So would there be any option (or plan to add option) to limit it? With my GPU it draws quite a lot of power from CPU to play with smoothe FPS, but now it is either VSync or jumpy.

Please turn V-sync on if you wish to limit your FPS.
You can also limit frame rate with your AMD card, you may need to contact AMD support or search online for how to do this as it would depend on the software you have.

Thank you. As I said, VSync is tenative fix for me. Would really like to get proper FPS limiter to limit it to chosen FPS.
Limitning FPS vs VSync feels different. VSync is jumpy.
