Cannot unlock kevin's 7

I made an 11 combo coop three times in level 5-5 and the level 7 didn't unlock!!! Any suggestion? please help me!!!

We are sorry to hear Kevin 7 has not unlocked.
Were you playing the story in multiplayer or singleplayer?
Did you play the level in arcade mode
If you were in the multiplayer story mode were you the host or client?

I was playing story mode in multiplayer. 2 times as host and 2 as client. My girlfriend has the same problem ;( thank you

Also had the same problem in online multiplayer as 3 players, I was host. Story Mode and we had a 8 combo and we tried the level again with 10 combo and still the same thing.. The problem only happened with Kevin 7. Dont know what to do...

I just played 5-5 solo and I unlocked the kevin level. Very strange.

Could you please follow the steps below to verify the integrity of your game cache?

1. Load Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
5. Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.

I'm having the exact same problem in the ps4 version co-op and found this thread looking for answers. we weren't able to unlock the kevin level with a perfect combo and 1500 points, therefore I doubt it's an issue with the file integrity. yet to attempt it in solo mode

Hey Valley, were you the host or the client? Currently, only the host gets the trophy. Are you the host or the client/player 2?

Can you please powercycle your console: Turn it off and unplug for 2-5 minutes. Then get back into the game and see if you can complete the task as the host to receive the trophy.

it was local co-op. tried what you said, then we realised we were actually playing level 5-6, which is the level right next to the hidden Kevin level. sorry Team17!

Make sure you do the orders in order, or else it won't combo. Thats how I fixed it.
