Problemas al jugar con mando

¿Soy la única persona que tiene inconvenientes al momento de intentar jugar con mando? Más precisamente con mis mandos de ps4 conectados via bluetooth. Basicamente no me toma el mando la mayoria de las veces y las pocas veces que lo hace los personajes quedan permanentemente corriendo a la parte superior de la pantalla, haciéndolo injugable. He visto en otras discusiones que hay problemas también con los mandos de xbox conectados al pc

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Bluetooth controller. Please try the below steps to see if this helps:

First, ensure that no other Bluetooth devices are connected and no other controllers are connected (USB or BT)

And then:

1. Disconnected the controller
   
2. Launch the Steam client and click the controller icon at the top right to enter Big Picture Mode
   
3. Go to Settings > Controller Settings and make sure that "Playstation/Xbox/Generic
4. Configuration Support" are all toggled on
   
5. Then simply connect your controller and retest the game

Muchas gracias por el soporte, probaré a la brevedad configurar el mando de esa manera. Añado una nueva consulta: ¿Es posible jugar con varios mandos ps4 conectados todos via bluetooth a la misma pc? Quiero jugar al título en familia y los mandos son la mejor opción para jugar desde el sillón de casa, por ende quiero que todos los mandos funcionen a la vez, controlando cada uno a distintos personajes

Buenas tardes! estoy ESTOY INTENTANDO JUGAR CON MI JOISTICK EN PC y no me los re conoce... solo me permite jugar con teclado. quisiera solucionarlo, ya que en la configuración de steam si me permite probar el jostick y me lo reconoce como joistick de play station
