Where is Hangry Horde 3-3?

I can't find Hangry Horde 3-3 in story mode. Where is it, or do I have to do something special to unlock it? I finished 3-2 with 3 stars.

It is located at the place where the icon with the spoon and fork is on the screenshot that you posted. However, it hasnt unlocked because you havent met all the requirements yet.

To unlock it, you need to do one of the following:
1) Make sure you have enough stars (if you go to where the icon with the spoon and fork is, it should tell you if you dont have enough stars)
2) Make sure you have completed all of the earlier levels.

If you were playing online with other people and someone else was hosting, its possible you missed an earlier level on your save slot, which is why 3-3 isnt unlocking. I would suggest backtracking and making sure you have completed ALL of the earlier levels. Keep in mind that on Hangry Horde, there are horde levels on top of the walls you need to do as well.
