A couple of your questions are a bit odd. Which is better? Well, which platform do you prefer?
Obviously the content is the same, I see no reason why it wouldn't be.
I don't own this game yet so i can't comment in matchmaking queue times.
Performance is obviously highly variable. Do u have a trash PC? Then the switch version may run better for you. That being said, it only runs at 30fps on switch (PC is unlocked) and with slightly lower shadow quality.
