Playing online with a friend, how do we swap starting positions?

We kept playing this one level over and over where I had the easy side and my friend had the hard side. How do we switch places so I can try the hard stuff while he gets a break on the easy side?

only way i found out was manipulating who is host. cus the order is always the same

Thanks for the necro. I came to accept long ago that the developers didn't want to prioritize quality of life improvements like this.

It would be nice to be able to chose where you spawn in.
