There are no plans for a discount offer at present, but I can certainly feed this back to the team.
The music you use in the first game has a free license of use?
I ask this because I have heard in a couple of tv shows the music from overcooked
The music in the original game was licensed to an external party, which Ghost Town Games had permission to use.
Overcooked! 2 has a completely original soundtrack :)
Agreed, the Nintendo Switch version isn’t so bad since there’s not so many controls on the game pad but the PC version is just unbearable, I don’t think it actually tells you how to switch between chefs so you basically have to play as both chefs at once.
I ended up getting the Nintendo Switch version a couple months ago for a holiday, in the hopes of actually being able to play this with someone else and actually progress further in the game. Though even with 2 players it seems like you can’t even reach the end of the game since you have to collect a certain amount of stars in total to unlock levels (I thought it was just a minimum of 1 star in each level to unlock the next).
I would have tried refunding the original pc version I got since its impossible to play, but fortunately I got it in a Sale for like £7 so it’s not that much, plus it’s been years since I first got it.
It is not that difficult except the frozen levels but it is imposible with only one player.
first of all, thanks for the first game, it was awesome (it's a miracle I haven't lost any friends during the local coop considering all the coach fights and swears when someone's performance isn't good enough to achieve the three-star rating);
second, thanks for the promised linux build for the second game, much appreciated!
So I'm writing you cause I've noticed that there's no Russian localization for the second game (and from what I see, for the 1st one also), so is it possible to volunteer to help you with the Russian localization? Cause I know there're a lot of russian players who would like to see the game(s) localized, even if there isn't much text in it.
Thanks in advance for any answer, and have a good day!
Is this correct? I've been excited but then just read this post which says otherwise.
Have you heard of Parsec? It's a way to play local multiplayer games online with your friends. Honestly, I hated the singleplayer aspect of Overcooked 1 as well, so I used Parsec to play with friends. I'd definitely suggest it!
Or make some friends, sheesh.
I can't wait! :D
