This remaster marginally improves on the visual elements from the original game, but hardly anything else. Because the game is still solid, I still recommend it - but if you own the original version, then even Rebellion's discount won't necessarily justify the purchase.

I think the real benefit would be for console gamers. This seems to be a common trend with "PC Remasters." There's a few games that add a lot of new effects (bioshock remastered), and then there's others that barely do anything (red faction remarstered)

I'm in it just for the DLC personally. The discount for the remaster is cheaper than buying the DLC's.

Main purpose of this undertaking was to provide a version for current generation consoles, make no mistake for PC it's pretty much an improvement of custom player models and photomode and that's that.

Looks like the Vanilla version, the same bad textures. Still looking like a game which is 10 years old.

Same. I was waiting for a good deal on the DLC for ages, but that never came. Got this instead.
