I think the real benefit would be for console gamers. This seems to be a common trend with "PC Remasters." There's a few games that add a lot of new effects (bioshock remastered), and then there's others that barely do anything (red faction remarstered)
Look at the bullet, certain effects are missing in the re-masted lol
Looks like the Vanilla version, the same bad textures. Still looking like a game which is 10 years old.
