1. 60 Milestones to reach the 60 Holybars a day cap. It's done by playing normally but make sure you keep collecting it.
2. Buy the Holybar upgrades with milestone bars. This is a really long step (I'm on 9,000,000% for 80 bars and have to buy somewhere between 10-15 to unlock the next bit). 100 cost one is max.
3. In workshop, try to max the funboard. This can be done with the Holybars instead of the upgrades to speed it up. Remember though, if you're buying wood then the amount you buy scales from how much wood you have.
4. Souvenir Shop: I aimed to max Tiki Totem (max 30) and Business Speed (max 20) to max first, and then focus on profit gains. This is a really slow area because you won't be gaining many pearls for a while. Also worth noting I got 60 aquarium items before doing this but I think you can get away with doing far less, it's more of a personal preference.
5. Max the 3rd tab of TV station whenever available. I go wood > stars > profits.
6. Reset tourists every time you get double your current amount minimum. Just use a bit of common sense on your best time to.
