x5 is the highest "all resources" multiplier that you can get.
Basically, don't spend too much on the profit multipliers if you think you can hold out until the next unlock. Once you get the x2187 multiplier, go nuts.

imo is to use the time boosts wisely (when u are hitting walls or getting close to reset (minimum 3 office upgrades per time recommended)
from then it's pretty fast to level 14, where u get marina quests. Do not buy pearls with holy bars, I made that mistake. Marina will add some serious buff.
Idk fer sure, but i think the 2187x boost appears around town level 25 or some.
I played about 4 casual weeks (70 hours in game total) to get to level 24 town. (around 70-80 e150 per sec)
