Unreal engine keeps crashing?

It is hard for me to get into a game let alone stay in a game without it crashing with a report option for the unreal engine. I have a high end computer so thats not the issue. I just don't know what to do when I'm in a game at the end and it crashes.

Same. I've discovered its a GPU memory leak caused it the gun game mostly.

Did you update your graphic drivers? Lock the fps in the nvidia or amd driver settings or use vsync

A lot of people, including me, have been trouble shooting since launch. There is a GPU memory leak in the game, mostly in the gun game. Doesn't trigger for everyone (obviously), but it happens to quite a few. Its pointless to troubleshoot at this point. We have to wait for the devs to pick it up.

All my drivers are updated, we just have to bump these post so hopefully the devs see it.

Having the same problem, turning on Vsync did not help - I'm only in for about a 1 or 2 minutes, then ctd.

Contact the developers via discord and let them know.

Make sure it isnt on your end first.

https://www.mersenne.org/download/#download ---Stress test your cpu, this will reveal if its getting enough power via the psu.

https://geeks3d.com/furmark/ Stress the gpu to also make sure its gettin enough power.

both those test will reveal if your cpu/gpu is stable. theres also mem test to check your ram if you cant find the culprit.

or maybe its just this game...But i dont see alot of people with your issue so it may not be.

Our computers are fine I guarentee it is an issue on their end.

Just tried that, same result unfortunately :(

fyi - When I turned on vsync using the nvidia control panel, I only turned it on under Program Settings not Global Settings.

I cant open the game, at first I bought this game as the same thing was happening with pubg and I was thinking of getting this game anyways. Is there any fix

I have G-Sync on my monitor so no point.

Can you guys try updating your graphics drivers? Also try downgrading them. There is an issue with UE4 and some of the new drivers some times. Also if you can run the DXSetup.exe located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010.

Another thing to do is go into the games install location, and run IONBranch/Binaries/Win64/IONBranch.exe. See if any alert windows pop up.

Or if you did overclock, you can try disabling it.

I still can't actually even open the game. It just instantly shows the crash reporter. It also seems to be broken as I can't send the crash data to the developers
