Find it very odd the 00q Els doesn't count as a Gundam as according to Gundam Meister ability which says inactive when pilot with that ability is pilot >.>()

Might be a bug. Report it at https://support.bandainamcoent.com/ . That's what I used when I noticed Gundam Aquarius is lacking the Gundanium Armor ability, and the person who replied said they'd forward it to the devs.

Technically, it's not gundam, it's an alien ELS entity formed with a shape of a Qan [T], by Setsuna's will, in his hybrid state of an Innovator and an ELS, like in the movie.

That's why Setsuna (ELS) don't have the Gundam Meister trait, because technically he wasn't even human anymore, and he was piloting (?), or maybe better, controlling an alien.

From what I've seen: Yes, the ELS QAN[T] is no longer a Gundam (it does not even have a cockpit anymore), but rather some kind of Half-Gundam Half Alien Hybrid as it isn't a conventional ELS Entity, but rather an ELS merged with QAN[T], it still looks like one, but seeing its attacks and whatnot... yeah, you cannot call it a Gundam anymore.
But no matter what it is: My Custom Character's been tearing it up in the damn thing, so I'm quite happy, what it exactly is be damned.

As others have mentioned, it’s not a Gundam. It simply looks like the 00[Q]. It’s really not a big deal given how overpowered it is. You simply won’t start off with super high tension or whatever the Gundam Meister perk is.
