I can't save

There has been a save error. Has anyone had this problem

It happens to me as well! it kept saying "Failed To Save" , i really wanna play more of the Story mode..but due to failed to save. i can't even progress anymore!!

i don't know if it helps or not, but check if the folder of your savegames is read only, as well as permissions for the folder (did you install the game under another user?)

The XXXXXX is a different number depending on User.

if it doesn't help, make a copy of those files to another folder and delete the old files, than try to save a new file

Thanks for fast reply! ^ ^ I did checked my save game as read only and my the only user install the game! Strange...it only happens After i start developed New MS or modify ..then i try to save....the same 'failed to save" text pop out!!

On a Lucky day..i manage to play 1 Stage and half-way through ..try the quick save , the very same "failed to save " text pop up again..even the auto save no working due to it!

try unchecking read-only. that might be why it's failing to save. because it's trying to overwrite that save, but can't

Thanks for reply! I try that too! It still won't let me save the game!?? The only time seems to works is the after Dispatch mission reward screen..it auto -save that part only! cannot even quick save, menu save.....etc

check all the files and all the folders, set them all to read&write. (deactivate read only)

I finally get it to works!!! ^ ^ thanks to all the advice ..i leave open my save data folder , then every times the "failed to save" pop out! Press Alt Tab switch to save data folder , and un-check the read only!! It works for few hours....whatever the Failed to save pop out again! i repeat same process make it work again!!

that is very strange. what OS are you using? windows? installed updates/service packs?

I also just suddenly ran into this issue. Everything was working fine, and now, all of a sudden, I am getting the "Failed to save" error. Nothing has changed, as far as I know.

I've tried deleting my save folder and syncing from the cloud, and but got the same error. I also tried disabling cloud sync and deleting the save folder (starting from scratch), and it still happens (cannot save anything at all).

i can save my progress b4 , but when the progress % reach 90 ,, icant save anymore and the app force closed

Move the save location of your game, that area of your PC is clearly being protected by something, you can either give everyone on the PC permission to have full control over that folder or move the location of your game.
