Character from Dispatch failed to be added to scout list
So I did the Dispatch for After War Gundam X and when I hit the 60% mark it said I acquired Tiffa Adill, but when I went to the scout list she wasn't there. I've even checked the Gallery and it says that she hasn't been added to the scout list. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or am I just doomed to never complete that one DLC quest?

You could try reloading your previous save file and testing it again. She should be in your scout list when you meet that completion percentage. I suspect this may be a bug that BN will patch.

Bug.
You cannot get her now until Bandai fix it.

She's in my scout list, so it's not bugged for everybody. As long as he didn't overwrite his save, he should be able to reload and try again.

Dispatch missions have auto-save function when done. It will over-write the save file. This is why each time tell you it will delete your quick save when you complete a dispatch mission.

Quick saves are for when you are in scenarios, so that’s not a problem. I’m not positive it overwrites your standard save, which you can only do on the main menu. Either way, it it does you are SOL. If not, just reload and you can hopefully bypass the bug.

Dispatch auto-save is tied to the system save, not affected by either main save nor quick save.

I tried to use time vouchers to do a dispatch mission. I did not save the game and go back to the title.
When I start the game again, the vouchers still gone and I had the items in the capture list.

That's a bummer. BN fixing the bug will be the only option then.

They are not in the production list before you complete the DLC quests.

I have this same problem for the switch version. Garrod Ran never actually registered.
Don't know how I can bring this to Bandai's attention...
