The description seems self-explanatory : "Setsuna defeats Alvaaron after he and Lasse exchange blows with Alejandro at least once", but i still cant unlock it. i Attacked with each one, getting the dialogues and tried doing support attacks. Any tips ?

Alejandro has to be killed twice. Once in the big mobile armor, and then again in the suit that comes out when it is killed. It's that second time that Setsuna has to finish him. Well, I guess I had Setsuna finish both of his forms.

After you replied about killing alejandro twice with setsuna,i tried again , this time i followed the mission description with both of his forms, and in the end it unlocked. Maybe thats the real condition, ill never know :D .
