Aside from Dispatch. Now what?

Wished there are new story missions so I don't have to replay the same thing over and over again.

WARNING OLD MAN RANT: Back in my day just playing the game and having fun was enough reason to play a game.

Hah, might get back to that. Still kinda gets boring fighting the same enemies over and over again.
Well, the Expansion Pass will have five new stages, and this game already has 80+ so I personally got my fill out of this at least. Admittedly, I have stopped doing the direct grind as of late and focused on other games at this point, as a majority of the units I use most are at Lv.99 by now.

The funny thing is that I'm more inclined to replay old games than replaying the newer ones.

Must be nostalgia of some sorts, but right now I'm replaying AGAIN Breath of fire III.

Unfortunately you can't do much, aside from waiting the expansion pack to drop, or making the game more challenging (i.e. I used to make solo HELL runs on final stage with a lv 1 unit).

Personally I'd rather replay games than keep playing them without goals in mind. And I have no reason to come up with my own goals anymore unless I really want to finish all of the Dispatch Missions with 100%, which I don't. Especially not in the current build. Pretty sure I have all of the dispatch variants of units like the One-Armed Gold Frame Astray.

I 100% the story missions on Normal, beat the post-game, got all achievements, 100% all of the DLC, and at most now I come back to it to tinker and level up characters a bit. I've beaten a lot of stages on Hell just grinding out abilities, and I don't really care to 100% the game on Hell because it's a trivial, monotonous task for me now. The stages aren't very difficult and I already beat the hardest ones on that difficulty.

So I'm almost considering deleting my save and starting over again, but I think I'd rather wait for the new DLC and at least see that all right away, I might not want to start over for quite a while depending on how Inferno works and those new stage missions are tempting.

This is also the only game I've ever 100% the achievements for on Steam, though to be fair I think it has a very easy array of achievements, since all of them involve things you would get without thinking about if you just try to 100% the game based on the in-game gallery completion percentage.

Using New Gundam Breaker as an example, I'll never 100% that game because most of the achievements I am missing are for playing Multiplayer, which is generally dead. I don't like the idea of trying to form a group of people just to hunt the achievements.

I have yet to clear the rest of dispatches (aside the dlc ones) beucase I have everything already (i.e. no need to do a dispatch if you have the skills or ms already).

You are in the same boat as mine. I don't have much to do anymore, so I'm looking at something else (I have yet to play hardcore mecha since I've bought it on launch, but that MP focus aspect kinda of killed my desire to play the game).

I'd suggest to at least backup your save rather than deleting it, but at least wait for the expansion pack to drop, unless you are totally fine with starting from scratch anyway, in which case kudos for that.

Same goes for me: I've usually don't care for achievements unless I'm too much invested in a game; thankfully cross rays is really easy to complete, but I've used to enjoy getting all achievements on disgaea 5 (even more so since these are also in-game achievements).
Yeah I don't care about Platform Achievements usually, they do nothing but show how much time you waste on a game. :lunar2019coolpig:

But I like in-game achievements, especially when they come with rewards for completing them.

Absolutely. Fairy fencer had this kind of achievement system, albeit it went definitely overboard (jumps 20k times and so on) but it compensated with some beefy permanent buffs.
