It really should have been you playing as Gjallarhorn and just having you fight Tekkadan, play the event, then have Mikazuki/Barbatos Lupus Rex go Berserk Mode on you with Julieta getting the last hit for a Stage Quest just like the anime.
Dumber still: Why could I not just send any of my Orbit-Capable Mobile Suits (Just send my Custom Character in the ELS QAN[T] up there to kill every single Dáinsleif Graze they can find, while the Turn units just use Double MBF to wipe out Idiok and Julieta and the entirety of Gjallarhorn's Arianrhod fleet's ground forces, then just use the ELS QAN[T] to commence Assimilation of all Arianrhod ships, mission won, game ends, Rustal Elion looks on in absolute horror before he's assimilated, Tekkadan wins) (And the entirety of Tekkadan is likely very confused at what the hell just happened)
All in all: best thing is to just accept how it went, because otherwise this opens up an entire discussion regarding accuracy and what would've been better ways to do something.
That would be silly. Every other series follows their canon ending with no option to diverge. Why would IBO be different? Tekkadan had 0% chance of winning. Mikazuki even in berserk state had no chance. He couldn't even land a hit on Clear Mind Julieta who parried, dodged, and blocked every single attack he threw at her.
He didn't even land a hit on Julieta in the Final Battle. So the ending should have ended with her taking off the Barbatos' head like in canon.
But again: You kept parroting the same thing over and over while I came up with more and more reasons why i am right during our last discussion (Which you thusly utterly Lost, and I'll remind you of that every time you try to bring this up again to me), so I do not expect you to change your opinion and just ignore everything the other side says and parrot the same response over and over, no matter how many facts the other side brings in, because your response somehow becomes right after you saying it dozens of times over to widely different reasons.
Also: He couldn't even land a hit on Clear Mind Julieta who parried, dodged, and blocked every single attack he threw at her... yep that totally had nothing to do with Mika being injured and literally DYING, half his machine gone, and totally during that terrible battle between Arianrhod and Tekkadan/McGillis Mika could not land a single hit on her, he totally did not cut half her mech up and impaled her in the cockpit while she was barely able to scratch Barbatos, she totally wasn't covered in her own blood and should've died, if Mika was at full strength he would've torn the opportunistic Brat to pieces... though I must admit: Julieta pulled off one VERY impressive feat, she knocked Kira off of the Number one spot on my Most Hated Gundam Characters list.
(And no: I do not come up with my arguments because I hate her with a violent passion, I hate her with a violent passion precisely because of how many arguments I can make that she's terrible) (And a rewatch of IBO did not do much good either)
Only good thing here is I can enjoy viciously beating her to death with my ELS QAN[T] and imagine the sheer look of absolute terror on her face as her entire unit is turned against her, before her entire body is converted into living metal.
But she never defeated Mikazuki. She defeated Shino while he was distracted and trying to fire a Dainsleif into Rustal's flagship bridge. She shows up at the last second to redirect his shot and he's left vulnerable while it happens, and doesn't prepare himself for melee combat, if he even could.
As for Mikazuki, he was already dead before Julieta was able to do anything. She literally rips off the Barbatos head after he's already lost all ability to move from injuries sustained from the Dainsleif impact which went off like a nuke.
And she does get some respect from me for having the guts to go 1v1 in space with no A-V, no bling weapons, no hidden drill bits or Dainsleifs in the knees. Just a plain old melee suit with above average specs and about as much equipment as Bael.
If after Choco lost, they reforged Bael's rare metal swords, tricked it out with all the Gjallarhorn BS and gave Julieta the original A-V, a 1v1 with Mika without Dainsleif would be a much closer fight. Mika had to go Limiter Off against Graze Ein who was an above average pilot in a non-Gundam Frame and would have needed the same against A-V Type E. But that wasn't the role Rustal wanted of her.
