Hold it, The "deluxe edition" has all dlcs but one the "expansion pack" that the only dlc that is not included in the deluxe (you forgot to mention that part).

So if I want to have a complete set, it is Deluxe Edition + Expansion pack? How about those "dispatched mission..."?? And I see there are Digital Deluxe description but no where to buy?

There are a couple very minor extra dispatches as part of Deluxe. But yes Deluxe also comes with the season pass which is the regularly available extra dispatch mission DLCs. The only thing it doesn't come with is the Expansion DLC. The only things you can't get with Deluxe plus Expansion are a certain pre-order perk DLC and a certain anniversary extra DLC. Both of which are unavailable.

Expansion Pass isn't included and needs to be bought separately regardless of which package you buy. You will get all of the other dlc with the Deluxe Edition.
