About limit break
Is it better to cap stats before limit breaking a character? Or can I just limit break them early then capped their stats later?

It doesn't matter. You can choose to limit break anytime and there would be no different in stats. Limit break early will allow player to purchase ability slot or stats with free breakthrough points you get upon limit breaking right away for characters.

You lose nothing, Limit breaking late just gives you stats retroactively if you already capped.

I think stats affects exp rate? But to be honest you're going to get far more exp by being stronger and beating stronger enemies than you'll lose if that's the case.

I just kinda go for uncapping, this way I can surpass lvl 99 when I want to with my fav suits and pilots
