How to complete Gundam Seed final stage quest "Destiny Plan"?

I couldn't do this quest because I don't know what it means exactly. Can someone explain it to me?

The Japanese were being creative with their English. Basically, you need to beat the stage in 8 turns (NPC Kira reaches the Messiah after you've beaten Rey and Shin).

You need to complete the final stage within 8 turns after Shin and Rey are defeated.

There is also another quest to unlock Kira by fighting Rey 3 times and then defeat him on the 4th fight as Kira, though I recommend doing them one at a time if you do not have a strong team to do them all in 1 go.
