It's anything with the name "Gundam" from the Post Disaster timeline - that is, Iron-Blooded Orphans and its side story, IBO Gekko, and all forms of them, too. I assume you're trying to finish the Quest that requires registering all of them to the Production List?

If I recall, the full list is...
  • Gundam Barbatos (All forms from 1-6 are separately counted in the development tree, so make sure you develop into all of them!)
  • Gundam Barbatos Lupus
  • Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex
  • Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex Alaya-Vijnana Limiter OFF (gained through another quest on IBO Stage 12)

Bael has one of my favourite designs but his moveset is beyond bad :/

It's okay if you prep someone for all Physical Weapons buffs but yeah. Unfortunately it's moveset is just what is written down for it's bio and what it did in the show.

Bael is kind alike if you take Kimaris Vidar and remove the special melee and the hilarious Dainsleif weapon.

They could have gone with multiple melee attack as other units though. Kinda a shame since the design is sick.

All Agnika needed was two swords and railguns, man. Not much you could do with just those, though I guess it helps at least that the Bael Swords have the Critical effect...

This doesn't meean that tom create couldn't make some different animation for different melee attacks with different range though (a la srw).

Or maybe give it some combo special attacks featuring a barrage of either weapon system (or both at the same time)

Maybe, but I don't recall it ever doing that in the anime. Firing the electro-magnetic cannons is awkward and I think messes with it's ability to move.

They usually only do this if it's actually using a different armament or if it exhibited it in the show - heck, some weapons in this game only come out if they're used in super-powered barrage attacks, such as the rare metal blade on Kimaris Vidar, the 0 Raiser's cannons being fired from the 00 Raiser, or the lineage of the Phoenix Gundam's MA mode which it and Halphas only use when using their respective ultimate attacks. If I were to guess, it helps simplify the loadouts of each MS so they don't need to make as many animations (and video files!), especially with the high quality of animations in this game (which more or less make them repeat several frames of animation, slightly altered in some cases and used by multiple MS that way, most notably grunt animations of related MS types as the base one). It's obvious where the priorities were for giving certain MS more or just more unique animations in general.

What I meant was to be a bit more creative on the animation department, mainly because grunts units really feel lacking...
