you have to use support as much as possible, if an enemy is within range of tieria, move alelujah to attack him and use tieria as support (both of them should be able to kill the enemy) try moving alelujah within range of a second enemy, than move tieria and kill the second one with support of allelujah, try to plan your next moves like that and push your gundams as far forward as possible (alelujah should be fast enough to move as war as possible towards lockon for the next turn, to kill the enemys down there, to, and pray that the transporter survives down there.
save often, and use all save slots available to you
what i did specifically was i had Allelujah and Tieria take the flanks, lockon went down the centre; and i would basically keep the gundams in a position where they were always near a transport at the end of the turn and pray the AI attacked them which 90% of the time they did. every transport I had got hit 1 or 2 times but the gundams were apparently more juicy targets than transports that were sitting ducks.
You'll have to constantly keep using support though which is why i had Lockon in the centre as he could snipe from afar and provide support to Allelujah and Tieria as they mopped the sides. Once you have a couple kills and their morales are high enough for crits it's way easier to chain kills and keep the enemy suits at bay.
