Any end stage gundam from any of the main timelines, excluding Gundam Wing as the best one are a mix of the Main timeline and the Movie.

Iron Blooded Orphans Gundam Flauros is amazing for its stupidly long range Dainsleif that can be setup to 1 shot just about any mobile suit in the game... from up to 11 squares away, even its other weapons can get their range and power increased pretty easily. Just toss the suit onto an SFS to cart it around, throw Weapon Container 3 on it, and throw a Physical Handling 3 on the pilot along with Physical and Ranged knowledge. Most units will opt to try to evade its attacks, as even the machine guns hit like Dainsleif shots and will have a 2-6 range. The thing one shots gundams and pinpoint one shots warships alike.

Strike Freedom is immensely versatile. Barbatos Lupus Rex is a melee monster with high base power to work off of. The 00Quan[T] Full Saber is another melee monster that is virtually untouchable and takes a lot to take out its energy.

Make the Flauros the Leader and give it an SFS. Broken AF.

Strike Freedom has his abusable MAP attack.

The Reginlaze Julia can hit pretty hard surprisingly.

Barbatos Lupus Rex is just ridiculous at Super High Tension.

Any of the Qan (T)'s are broken.

Heavyarms Custom EW is great at wrecking the IBO stages now that it has a 1-2 ranged attack.

Destiny is a great all around gonna smash your face in type of unit.

The good about this game is, if you lvl up any unit in this game, this unit will be like 99% doing a 1-shot to anything you face. It's just a matter of preference, I really love to mix jets and tanks units to any of my teams, since there are specific abilities (combat and tank operator) for those, and they are so much fun.

If this game follows the Super Robot Wars pattern then a fully upgraded Strike Freedom will decimate everything
sorry no, turn A gundam sh!ts on strike freedom

You can turn any unit into end game if with enough levels due to stats requiring more pts per stat once you hit 300, 400, 500, etc.

Currently I have an Exia and Astraea Type-F2, both mid-tier units, that have end game stats (300+ in every catagory).

HARO HARO XD
Seriously the haro and spycho version are really powerfull imo.
All the other that has been said, qant T , strike freedom , lupus rex... some other unit like the astray can be pretty powerfull with the right pilot ( for exemple Setsuna start with high morale if he is in a gundam type unit so you can start right away with some special attack).

Honestly, any endgame Gundam from any of the series is going to be broken if you level it enough. Barbatos Lupus Rex is strong, but it lacks range and can’t fly without an SFS. Wing Zero EW is much more versatile, not to mention the ZERO system makes one invincible.

The Legend Gundam is really strong too, if the pilot has a high value for 'Awaken'.

But as has been said... most Gundams can facemelt once these and their pilots are leveled and trained beyond a certain point. Modifications like Limiter Off also help out.

The Lupus Rex has fantastic range TBH, courtesy of the tail weapon (awaken, so easy to get 9+ range with). Any MS will be ridiculously strong if you level it up, but FWIW the ones with good base stats and special awaken weapons are the easiest to reach one-shot status with w/o strong pilots or skills, e.g., Strike Freedom and Legend.

The operative word being “awaken,” which means only a select amount of pilots can use them. Flauros, unlike Lupus Rex, is truly deadly in range with no such requirements. It’s not so effective in melee though. They are specialty suits, like most units.

Either way, a SFS can largely rectify any range limitations. Still, for overall versatility, there are better units. It’s inevitably a moot point once you hit a certain threshold in leveling.

Personally, I prefer the Perfect Strike and the 00 XN Raiser as they have a good mix of physical and beam attacks (strike for range, XN for melee).

For the ultimate tank, you cannot go wrong with the Dreadnaught H after upgrading it's EN and armor to within 300, then add parts to raise those stats more, or add beam/physical resistance to be completely invisible.
I've been finding that Destiny, Strike Freedom, Wing Zero(Non custom as I hate it), Reborns all do pretty well working on getting the 00 currently. Though it does seem all units given enough levels and strong enough pilots can be very powerful. I do find it odd that none of the Wing series gundams have an ability for regaining energy like the Strike Freedom or any of the 00 series Gundams. I mean come on they're powered by bloody ultra compact fusion reactors while the Strike Freedom is powered by a fission reactor.

Wing Zero is theoretically supposed to have a limitless energy supply for twin buster rifle shots, unlike Wing Gundam. Of course, not having any limitations wouldn’t make for a very interesting unit. Even with the unit being nerfed, the ZERO system essentially makes Wing Zero invincible.
