Regarding dispatch missions
I have seen some talk floating around that 100% rate for certain dispatch missions will get you rewards(eg MS) that are only available for full success rate. In addition, such rewards for 100% are on a "first get" basis only. This is what I seek clarification about.

Does "first get" mean only for the first time you achieve 100% for that particular dispatch mission or does it mean that it applies to only the very first attempt as well? That is to say, if I don't achieve 100% in my very first attempt at the dispatch mission, will I miss out on the 100% reward permanently even if I do manage to form a team capable of 100% it later on?

The reason why I'm asking is due to the following:

https://ggcr.ggame.jp/dlc/

It links to the season pass dispatch missions that they have planned. From what I can gather(with google translate), the first column shows the time needed to complete the mission, the second shows the percentage and the third contains the rewards for the respective percentage levels. It gave me the impression that each category contains a unique reward not available in others - ie 100% reward cannot be gotten in anything less than that.
DLC Dispatch missions work a little differently. They use cumulative completion instead of single completion. For example, if you have a 25% completion rate on a DLC mission, you have to do it four times to unlock all the progression rewards in it. After that, it's just like a regular dispatch mission.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. One worry I have is that there are unique MS/MA models exclusively for 100%. Ones that aren't part of the MS/MA official count towards a 100% completion in the game.
I can tell you with absolute certainty that you do not need 100% completion rate in order to get the special units. For example, I got the GN-X IV Commander Type with only a 41% rate. Higher rates just mean they're more likely to drop.

You can do it again. You dont have to get 100% the first time.

I’m fairly certain it means you get the full perks once you 100% complete a mission. It wouldn’t exactly be fair otherwise.

The percentage just means that you'll get, on average, that percentage of the rewards available. For example, if you have 100% of a quest that gives a full team 1600 EXP each, you'll get that 1600 every time. If you only have 50%, you can spike in either direction but the average will be about 800 per run.

Drop chances of parts/units/abilities have a base chance to drop, and that drop rate is higher if you get a higher completion percentage. However, they never drop below their base; you don't need 100% to get everything. I've gotten all the banner machines with only around 30-40% while testing.

That's what I'm expecting as well but my bigger worry was whether I had to achieve 100% in the very first try or risk forfeiting the highest rewards from a particular dispatch forever. Since nobalkain kindly shared that I don't have to, I can rest easy now
