Somehow I doubt that but correct me if i'm wrong. They're known as "Living" metals for a reason instead of inanimated objects. They're more like a metallic hive mind that has a "will". I doubt mobile dolls has a will of their own.
sorry for the late answer, i just done some testing.
Mobile dolls is a specific terms for a AI controlled MS in Wing Series. ELS is a sentient being so technically they are not MD even though the have no pilot.
For testing purpose, i have tried using Gundam Aquarius which has Anti-MD virus, which seems doesn't affects ELS, Pluma, and Hashmal. The in-game description only said it disables MD armor tho, so it's effect probably just disable Planetary Defensor. Some people claims it makes MD type enemies unable to attack at all, but i havent tested it since i havent unlocked that stage yet. (Would be appreciate if someone can either confirm or debunk it)
