For anyone out there who might experience this issue at some later time.
I simply did the following command:
setstage MQ102 110
this automatically passed the stage of talking to both Irileth and Balgruuf, putting the situation where the Jarl would talk with the steward and Irileth, everything went smoothly after that.
Not that any of you even listend(well majority not all hehe) but Skyrim is open game and total freedom it don't matter if you can't finish the main quest or not, your free to do whatever you wanne do there are plenty of adventures out there and don't matter which one you start with or finish you can leave quest and do something else and finish it later.
Offcause it's nice if you can finish main quest but there is so much more to this game then only follow main quest.
Only thing about the main quest is that you first time encounter the dragon so you have at least dragons in the game after that you can leave main quest and finish it later or finish it straight away and then continuing with rest.
There is so much more to discover and explore in Skyrim then go for main quest and say i finish the game. Its not like most other RPG'S where the game tells you to go and follow path SKYRIM is total opposite of those games.
This was not a lecture or saying what you should do what i say, only a reminder of what Skyrim as game is.
If most think main quest is only thing that matters and finish game go ahead have fun but there is so much more to this game then main quest not to mention the MODS which even give this game alot more to enjoy.
Have fun with skyrim ignore my reply if you think it's nonsens don't matter to me much eather:D
First it gets necroposted and then a completely offtopic lecture that could (or rahter should) have been it's own post entirely.
