Destruction Radiant Quest
Has there been a change to ritual spell radiant quests? I reached a skill of 90 in Destruction and Feralda does not give you a ritual spell quest. Anyone else experienced this and any solutions for this problem? I would appreciate it.

With my last couple play-throughs as a mage, Faralda wouldn't give me the ritual spell quest until I reached skill level 100 in Destruction AND also choosen the Master Destruction Perk. Back when I first started playing the game on the PC, I only needed to get to level 90, and Faralda would grant me the quest (I wonder if it had anything to do with the Dawnguard Expansion - Dawnguard seemed to introduce a few new bugs (the Breezehome alchemy lab being the most notable).

Lol, i see Dawnguard giveth and taketh away. I'll see what happens then once Destruction reaches 100, thank you.

I think you actually need 100 skill level to get the quest. That was the case with my game before Dawnguard.

Should not have been that way for you prior to DG. Weird, i remember having access to the conjuration radiant at skill level 90. Maybe something got changed from their updates.

this is from the Wiki

Once your Destruction skill reaches 100, a new conversation option ("What else is there to be learned about Destruction magic?") opens up with Faralda, the Destruction trainer at the College of Winterhold. Selecting this option will result in Faralda giving you a book, Power of the Elements. The incomplete book contains only a clue in the form of a poem:

all are 90 but Destruction and Illusion they are 100.
