Serana won't follow me

Clicked on Wait Here for Serana by accident and no dialouge option to ask her to Follow Me. She just stays put.

i had same issue. Only thing I found to work was loading a previous save.

Yup, that works, thanks stabbykitteh. Scroll down a bit and you can see the console command provided by RogueTorino. I shall provide it here for convenience:

Setpqv DLC1NPCMentalModel Lockedin_var False

Press the button next to 1 on the top row of the keyboard to bring up the console, then type that string in and press enter, it should then allow you to get Serana to follow you once more.

Now that you mention it, I got into a fight with the vampire Snow elf who was pushing for the tyrany of the sun prophecy and happned to get Serana aggroed enough for her to start trying to kill me. Silly girl ... I fus Ro Da'd her off of the balcony to the ice way down below. (would have normally been a fatal fall) .. but a couple of minutes later she shows up as her usual self.

Followers can teleport. It was quite a shock when I saw Lydia after climbing up the Throat of The World from the south.

Me lads all has been saved. I found this command while looking through her MentalModel files, if:

IsFollowing_var false

is in her MentalModel, type:

Setpqv DLC1NPCMentalModel IsFollowing_var false True

this should make her follow you, It might make it a little buggy but it's better than nothing.
