"Toying With The Dead" misc. quest, from Vekel, in thieves guild

There is a bug, when you get all 4 journals to Vekel, he is about to give a reward and the quest is finished, only the journals stay and no reward given.
Has anyone seen a mod to fix this issue, or knows how to find this quest in the Creation Kit, or what is this reward all about, is it worth the trouble, cause Bethesda doesn't care, but these small things are ruining the game.
