Trader Bug

I have a new bug encounter I've never seen mentioned yet and it's never happened to me before either. I went into Belethor's General Goods shop in Whiterun to seel off all my misc stuff that Warmaiden's wont buy or the Drunken Huntsman. I get past his normal greeting banter about selling me his sister or whatever and the inventory list pops up.... bith his and mine are blank. I have nothing that he will buy and he has nothing to sell me. I have NEVER seen this happen before! And just to be sure I did a fast travel to Riverwood and the trader shop there was normal. Back to Whiterun again... Warmaiden's buys & sells weapons, armor and smithing supplies, DH buys & sells archery and such items, Arcadia's Cauldron buys and sells potions and ingredients and the court wiz takes my magice wear and such and I can get his soul stones and what not.
What happened to Belathor?? My being a wood elf have something to do with it? This is the first time thru as wood elf for me but didnt have a problem as a Dark Elf or a High Elf before.

it's peharp a mods problem, or a bad strange thing, go out of the city, save game, go out of the skyrim completly, reload, enter the city and return to view her, (make this will reset the cell for the merchand and they are supposed having new stuff), if it's the same thing, it's peharp a mod they enter in conflict whit it...

Dynamic merchants did this for me from time to time. The number one reason I unsubscribed from it. Dont suppose you have that?

I have come and gone from Whiterun several times doing quests. If the shop is open (during the day hours) I check to see if anything changed. Still no changes.
It's probably not a mod conflict since I havent loaded any mods that I didnt already have the last time I played thru and never had this glitch. I dont have the Dynamic Merchants mod at all.
And no, none of what i have to sell is stolen either. Both his list and mine are blank of items. He has nothing to sell to me and I have nothing to sell to him. So far, only this one mercahnt, Balethor in Whiterun, is having this problem.
Now he DID give me some item out on the street whem I very first got to Whiterun and said something about "dont think this means we're married" or some such. I dont remember what the item was tho. I have noticed that with playing the Wood Elf, my character seems to be more attractive to others and I get more complimentary remarks from passing NPCs. Is there maybe some racial disparity about Bretons dealing with Bosmers???
All in all it's an inconveinence not being able to trade there, and since no other merchants seem to be affected, I can still buy and sell elsewhere.

ok, you say you have mods, and they working well, but each time they have a patch, the people have problem whit mods, so save your game in front of the marchant house (not inside), exit game and disable your mods, start your game and go talking to her now, if you view your thing it's because one of your mods are in conflict whit the latest patch...

I realize this is an old thread but in case anyone runs into this bug in the future, I'm also experiencing this bug with my female Bosmer. Just to see if it was caused by a mod, I tried with my female orc character and Belethor worked for her and he also worked for my 2 female Dunmer characters. It's only my female Bosmer. I deleted that character and started another game with a female Bosmer... and same thing. Belethors' inventory is blank and so is mine. Except with my 2nd female Bosmer, a recently acquired staff showed up in my inventory... that was it. Is Belethor racist towards Bosmers?
