Butter Turn in new home.
My butter turn in my home does not seem to be working any more. It worked once, but now when I walk up to it I don't even get activtion option anymore. Is anybody else having this problem, and if so, did you fix it? And if you fixed it, how did you? Oh, and my flour mill outside of my home is doing the same thing,..... Please help.

At least name the DLC/mod you are using. There is a bug recorded in the bugs section of the uesp wiki for Hearthfire. It says if you use the forge in your home, you may no longer have access to certain work stations in the house. I do not remember a butter turn being in Hearthfire though, so you may have to report this bug to the author of the mod you are using. Oh, and this can't be fixed unless you start a new game.

I assume you're talking about the Heljarchen Hall home from Hearthfire. The churn in the kitchen? You can get butter from it but then it has to respawn before it will give you butter again. I'm not sure how long it takes to reset but I remember it being a while. I've never had problems with the mill outside. As long as you have at least three wheat in your inventory, you should be able to make flour from it anytime.

Yes, I am talking Heljarchen,... But you don't understand,.... I can't even click on them, because both the "Mill" and the kitchen "Churn" (and by the way, thanks for the correct spelling of churn) no longer give me anything to let me know I can interact with them. I have 30 wheat on me and the Mill does not do a thing. It's just a lawn ornament. For example, when one walks up to a chest, they see the interaction notes telling them they can open it. When I walk up to the "Churn" and the "Mill", I get nothing. So with that said,... Has this happened to anyone else.

for the butter you must wait 7 days OUTSIDE the house cell (so neither inside the house or in the land sorrounding it). If it's empty you can't interact with it as you described
The mill works only if you have at least 3 wheat in your inventory, but even without wheat you should ve able to interact with it. There are many mills around skyrim, and everyone works the same way:
go to Ivarsted, there's a mill there. If the ivarstead one works and the one in your house doesn't you can have some clues. Anyway since you are the only one that reported yhis bug 99% is a conflict with some of your mods.

P.S. did you try to go in another cell, sleep for 24h, save, reload and go back to the mill? Sometime it works.

P.P.S: next time you have a problem: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Skyrim
If you don't find a solution there:
1.save
2.exit skyrim and disable all your mods.
3.run skyrim again and reload the last save, a message will tell you that the file is obsolete becouse mod are missing, ignore it.
4.if your bug is gone it was a mod conflict: enable only one at once and load the game untill you find the one causing the problem
5.if the bug persist without mods there are 2 possibilities:
a: the save is corrupted
b: you need toverify the file integrity of the game via steam, and maybe a fresh install.

Following this walkthrough i could solve all skyrim problems i had myself.
