Plus, and I'm sorry if this seems as narrow-minded to you, but why would you want two buttons to accomplish a function that can be mapped to a single button just as effectively? P and Q aren't anywhere near one another on the standard keyboard, for instance, so I don't see how that would maximize your input.
Example: Say number 'X' is 0x0001 and number 'Y' is 0x0002, then you would fill in the combo like this:
0x0001+0x0002
This combo means that you press 'X' first and while holding it you then press 'Y'. I haven't tried this with the keyboard slots, but this is how the 360 slots work, so unless someone says I'm wrong, I see no reason why this won't work for a keyboard as well.
You can also make both combos work by putting the numbers like this:
0x0001+0x0002, 0x0002+0x0001
This means that both X then Y and Y then X will achieve the same function.
Make sure to use the same file path that the .bsa uses when dropping the controller map into the data folder so the Skyrim.esm can find it.
I actually found this mod:
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=19981&searchtext=Kontrol
I'm finding it to be exactly what I wanted. I may try editing controllermap.txt one day though.
I just used P + Q as an example of what I wanted to know. That mapping would be rather awkward, wouldn't it? Haha
MORE HIT KEYS PLEASE - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23416
It allows you to make very cool hot keys and map them to your controller (or keyboard but why would anyone play this game with a keyboard ).. The jyujinkai control map simply swaps the buttons with teh D-PAD do you can easily access teh hot keys you set up with out takign your thumb off the movement stick...
IMO this is such a improvement to the game.
here is a demo - http://youtu.be/SfOZ5KBdqzA (not using Jyujinkai Control Map)
