can you get a summonable horse in Skyrim?

I saw someone using one in a video. Is it only a mod or can you get it in game? I'm in the Soul Cairn and I see a few horses like it.

I only know of a mod called 'Convenient Horses'. You can summon your horse with a horn.

If you are on a PC press the tilde key (to the left of the 1 key), type in " player.placeatme 5f865 1" -DO NOT include the quotation marks- then press the enter key, then the tilde key again. This will give you a horse that will follow you through fast travel as well as stay where you dismount it.

There is a mod called CONJURABLE RIDEABLE ETHEREAL HORSE SPELL, and also in the Dawnguard expansion, you can obtain a skeletal horse called Arvak that you can summon. The horses you see inthe Soul Cairn is actually only one horse that appears and disappears - you're looking at Arvak - in the first part of the cairn nearer the entrance there's a soul that talks about his horse running away. After talking to him, find Arvak's skull in the main part of the Cairn. After finding the skull, the soul of Arvak's owner appears nearby (but far enough away that you might not see him right away. Find him, and after talking to him, you can summon and ride Arvak.

Aw ♥♥♥♥ too late lol. I remember having the skull on my on my Nord but I left the Cairn. Just left the Cairn again on my mage without finding it. I guess it doesn't matter, was just wondering because of that guy yelling about Arvak

You can summon Ardvak if you have Dawnguard. You can also summon other horses with certain mods, like blaze of eventide.

You can always go back to the soul carne, nothing is stopping you.
