Alduin wont attack helgen after character creation..

I've played Skyrim for almost as long as it has been relased, and i've never met this problem before. When i have created a new character and the ''execution'' part begins, the problem appears. When they place my character on the block, Alduin appears but keeps circling above Helgen, and nothing happens. Can someone help me with this please?

This is actually pretty common. Try restarting (not from the auto save, but fresh). Also, if you are running a lot of mods, try disabling them until you leave Helgen. The intro is a bit buggy.
