Delphine is gone

I'm at the part where you have to talk to Delphine to start the quest "Diplomatic Immunity" but she isn't there. I think she is literally gone from the game. I went to the spot where the quest arrow is but all it is pointing at is a invisible spot. I see the arrow floating there but nothing below it. I tried waiting a whole day there but stays the same. Anyone had this problem before and found a fix? Is there some sort of console command to teleport NPCs to you? I'm thinking she clipped through the floor or something. I don't mind starting over, although I was hoping for it as a last resort.

I can tell you what Bethesda Support will say "Revert to an earlier save" they've said that to me on every issue I've asked them about. Something went wrong obviously and you may have to start over. I hope you don't.

You could just go into creation kit, and add delphine into the game. She will have all the same scripting, and since you are in the quest, she will automatically jump to the quest stage you are in. It would take maybe 5 minutes.

Yea, but two Delphine's would crash the game...I would only do this to change the Quest stage, then unistall that mod for safeties sake.

I figure it out...LoL

Okay follow these steps.

1. Open Console
2. Type "pickrefbyid 13485"
3. Type "moveto player"
4. Close Console

Wala!

I played around with this for fun...you can also do this

1. Open Console
2. Click any Actor to get its ID
3. Type "prid #####"
4. Moveto player

This will move any actor to your location.
