Married Mjoll and Now She's Disappeared

Married Mjoll while she was still an active follower. She's gone, nowhere to be found. Not in Aieren's house - no where.

Now that's not that big of a deal - I just wanted to see how the marriage system worked (major let down). What is a big deal is all the money and time I spent outfitting her and turning her into an almost indestructible tank. I want all that stuff back or at least the ability to use her as a follower again.

Any advice, help on where she might be hanging out, how to find her?

Lydia disappeared for me whenever I married her. I returned to the Temple of Mara and as soon as I walked through the door she approached me and prompted a conversation.

Try returning to the Temple of Mara and see if she is there.

Anyway, since you have the luck to play Skyrim on PC, you can open the console with "~" or " \ " (it's the key above the TAB key), then you write:

prid 00019DF7

press Enter and then type:

moveto player

and press Enter again.
Press "~" or " \ " to exit the console and Mjoll should appear next to you.

P.S. There's an issue which makes the new spouse walk away before the priest of Mara finish to talk. So after selecting the dialog to agree to get married, you have to quit the dialog with E or TAB, turn around and speak to the spouse to decide where to live.
Also, remember to never sell the Homecooked Meal to your spouse or she will stop cooking for you.

P.P.S. Tell me if you want to know how to get rid of Aerin without killing anyone.

Tried both solutions. Neither worked. Mjoll is gone.

i've had this issue, its a marriage glitch, the best way to fix it, is have a fast hand and speak to her IMMEDIATELY after the ceremony before she can sprint out of the chapel.

The best solution is to reload the save that you made *before* the marriage ceremony, get out of the marriage dialogue as she begins to walk away (Maramal will keep talking and you still get the marriage rings) and click on her, so she will stop walking away.

Another thing you could try is completing the marriage quest by "visit your spouse's house". Once the quest is complete, your spouse should appear in her house three days after that, when the game redraws her.

In fact, whenever a follower or a partner disappears, they redraw three days later, either where you found them, or in your house.

The ♥♥♥♥♥ is just gone. None of the suggestions work and I don't really relish loading up a save from a couple of weeks ago.
