A realism/hardcore mod(s)

Does anyone know of any great realism/hardcore mods?
I just bought the game and I am ready to dive in, but I want my experience from the get go to be difficult. I have played the game on the 360, I've completed all the main quests side quests, dlc, ect. I purchased the pc version for mods. Here is what I am looking for

-Weather/Enviroment effects
-Hunger and Thirst
-Sleep deprevation
-Weight capacity decreased
-Fast Travel Disaabled (I can do this myself in game)

These are the essentials above

Here are just wants

-Being in the dark causes side effects
-Being out away from people/civilization causes side effects

No Flame
No Trolls
Just Help/Conversation

There is a mod that does temperature and I think other effects as well called Hypothermia. Though judging from the options it would give you on install I don't think you would find it in the Workshop due to lack of customised instalation options. Definitely noticed it on the Nexus though and I am sure there are companion mods for it that change up how clothes warm you up too.

Also look into More Rain/More Snow and Enhanced Dynamic Weather System (EDWS)

Can't personally vouch for any of these mods, but I hear good things about them from friends and they're all pretty well endorsed on the Nexus.

Just went and bothered her, it seems she used Imps More Complex Needs[skyrim.nexusmods.com] that I linked earlier and Frostfall - Hypothermia Camping Survival[skyrim.nexusmods.com] that Aleitheo was talking about.

I can vouch for the frostfall mod. It's amazing if you're into that "survival" kind of stuff.
