Can't cure vampirism?

So, i'm that stupid kind of person that forgets to save, so i have many hours between my save games, anyways, in my newest one, i'm a vampire and i'm at college of winterhold, the problem is its day, and i have few (In real life minutes) until i turn into a 'blood starved vampire' so people will start attacking me, i have tryed everything to cure me before i turn into that, even cheats. But nothing seems to be working, i have tryed to hide and wait untill night to drink some blood but people always find me and attacks me, i haven't played skyrim in a long time because of this, and i really miss it, but i'm refusing to go back to my old save game.. Does anyone know if there is a cure, or some way? - Thanks for the help.

Try fast traveling to a Shrine (Talos, Kynareth, Kyne, etc) and obtain its blessing. If you're not a full vampire, the blessing will cure it.
But if you have become a full vampire, there is supposed to be someone you can talk to who will tell you what you must do. The shrine blessings will do no good.

One option is to get Dawnguard and use Vampire's Seduction. The other is to use Embrace of Shadows and wait for them to go home.

I have tryed to do that, i diden't do anything, and i'm pretty sure i'm not full vampire..

the last option is to go to Falion in Morthal and complete the quest Rising at Dawn

When you get the disease Sanguinare Vampiris, you need to wait 3 days

to become a vampire

after those 3 days you get vampire's servant and vampire's sight

Well, try something of the above or just get Dawnguard and use Vampire's Seduction on anyone weak enough. or start a new game

if you have Dawnguard you can use the console to add a Potion of Blood which resets your vampirism to stage 1 same as feeding

Another way of curing vampirism is via console commands; open the console and type, setstage 000EAFD5 10. By using the console command code showracemenu to change the Dragonborn's race, vampirism is immediately removed. This is also true of the changesex command.

Problem: Showracemenu resets your character. I think changesex does it too
